Assuming base two number, then

1100110

= (1 × 2^6 ) + (1 × 2^5 ) + (0 × 2^4) +(0 × 2³) + (1 × 2²) + (1 × 2^1) + (0 × 2^0)

= 64 + 32 + 0 + 0 + 4 + 2 + 0 = 102

Hence [tex]1100110_{2}[/tex] = [tex]102_{10}[/tex]
