Which equation shows 3x+6y=-12 in slope intercept form?

We have 6y = -3x - 12;
Then, y = -3x/6 - 12/6;
Finally, y = (-1/2)x - 2;
The slope is m = -1/2 and y-intercept at (0,-2);
